ISA 9 Peaceful Protest March

Saturday, 24th September, proved to be bright and sunny with clear blue skies. A good day for a protest march. Despite the threatening presence of the red-helmeted ones, the marchers went about their business of the day peacefully without a single incident. It goes to show that protesters are peaceful people and can get what they have set out to do very very peacefully if allowed to do so.

First, the hopeful MESSAGE ::

Mallika's Myths?

Mallika Sherawat was here with Jackie Chan recently to promote their film :: The Myth. Apparently Mallika was in the film for some 15 minutes but at premieres of the film we do get to see much much more of Mallika. Check out this slideshow on rediff.com and this interview with the STAR, [Window Media Player needed]. You may want to ignore Mallika during the slideshow, but take note of the running commentary on The Myth, especially the part about " the angry locals who speak a sort of Tamil" and "chuckles from the audiences who know the language".

Meanwhile take a look at these pics of Mallika, her assets are no myths!
